Tungsten heavy alloy (WHA) is an exceptional engineering metal produced by sintering tungsten powders with a matrix of alloying elements, such as nickel (Ni) or iron (Fe). H.C. Starck Solutions offers high purity tungsten alloys with a density of over 60% higher than lead (Pb), ranging from 17—18.5 g/cm3. This promotes excellent vibration attenuation properties, helping to soften the oscillations of mechanical systems to limit the propagation of potentially harmful vibration.

Tungsten Balance Weights
